Interpellation Email - Js not launching in some cases
Some times the JS in the form isn't loaded, creating issues
Identified issues :
- Partially blocking

linkedAction not loaded in form -
Confirmation model : Content not load (happens with previous point)
- Fully blocking
In other cases issue in even worst, clicking on "submit" of the postal code, nothing happens
