Risefor Versionning

  • gitlab tags used for version
  • runner to bump patch/minor/major
  • Set arbitrary start to 2.5.0:

Why 2.5.0 ?

  • Pass to sib v0.17 is last major breaking change with absolutely no backwards compatibility
  • Many instances are on sib 0.17 but are very late within Risefor's 2.x dev (ie Plateforme Pal, VoxPublic, or even older Terres de Luttes)
  • Many evolutions since the passing to v0.17, so arbitrary decision of 2.5.0 as a start point

Probable next major bump :

Sib 0.18/19 as we'll need to also upgrade django4 and python3.10 versions in the backend, most likely inducing many changes in the front end
