WITHDRAWN — mechanism falsified.

The height-cycle theory (inner height:100% + max-height:100% vs auto host) cannot be the cause: the logo markup/CSS never changed in !65 (merged), yet the cut only appeared after !65 (merged). Catalyst's timeline analysis killed it.

Real root (verified against live prod in WebKit): double-scroll container — see the replacement MR (fix/ios-double-scroller branch). Keeping this MR closed so no unverified theory ships.
