How to upload elected officials

Hey i'm struggling to figure out what the equivalent of

python3 manage.py import_elected
python3 manage.py import_senators
python3 manage.py enhance_elected

within the installation steps. As a reminder this allows us to upload the elected officials than are present within the csv file. Maybe this way of working has been reviewed @calummackervoy ?
